New Supplier to Offer Faster Services for Costumers

Through a statement, the UK’s government said the new changes would improve the services, including, on average, shorter biometric and application submission times in the visa application center.

The new location for the UK visa application center in Ghana is the Mezzanine Floor, Grand Oyeeman Building, South Liberation Link, Accra.

The British global network of visa application centers is managed by third-party suppliers under the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).

The UK’s government emphasized that applicants would be informed if they would be affected by the new changes.

You will be contacted by email if this change affects you. However, there is no need for concern as it will not affect visa application decisions, processing times, or prices.

UK’s government statement

Improved services mean shorter biometric application submission times in the visa application centers, as well as a new average passport collection time of 20 minutes and more comprehensive information for persons to distinguish free services from paid services.

The government of the UK also ensured that the recent changes will not affect the visa process, nor immigration rules, or visa fees.

TLS Visa Application Center to Close on November 15

The current TLScontact visa application center, located in Accra, Ghana will be officially closed on November 15, 2024, with the visa application services transferred to VFS Global.

If you have already submitted your application at the TLScontact center on or before November 15, 2024, and have not received your decision, your file and any associated documents will be securely transferred to VFS Global by the TLScontact center. We will contact you once your documents/passports are ready for dispatch.
