The Egyptian authorities have announced that the country has decided to lift all of its COVID-19 restrictions for incoming travelers.

In line with the new decision, all travelers, regardless of their country of origin, will no longer be required to present valid COVID-19 proof upon their entry into Egypt.
This means that all travelers are now exempt from the requirement to provide a vaccination, recovery, or test certificate.
