Airports Council International (ACI World) has once again revealed the best airports through Airport Service Quality (ASQ), showing the pinnacle of customer experience on a global scale.

In this regard, ACI World Director General Luis Felipe de Oliveira expressed great satisfaction as he unveiled the monumental success of the ASQ program in 2023, with a record participation of over 400 airports worldwide, VisaGuide.World reports.

He said a heartfelt thank you goes out to the valued guests who generously gave their time to provide feedback, with nearly 600,000 surveys contributing to the program’s success.

From the large pool of feedback collected, a total of 170 ASQ Awards have been presented at 90 airports around the globe, celebrating excellence in various categories.

It’s encouraging to see a continued commitment to the customer experience at airports worldwide, as demonstrated again by the ASQ Awards. Over the past few years, many airports have applied technologies like self-service and biometrics to improve the passenger experience across key airport touchpoints.
