What Are the Required Documents for an Intercountry Adoption Resident Visa NZ?

  • Passport or certificate of identity. You must submit an original or certified copy of your child’s passport. The passport must be valid for at least three months after the arrival date in New Zealand.

  1. Complete the Resident Application. You must complete the Residence Application (INZ 1000) for your child to apply for an Intercountry Adoption Resident visa.
  2. The form must be completed in English with capital letters.
