If you hold an APEC Busines Travel Card, you enjoy more benefits including:
- The ability to enter visa-free, or without a permit to other countries that belong to the APEC agreement (excluding the US and Canada)*.
- The ability to participate in legitimate business activities.
- Fast-tracking the process of border crossing between APEC countries.
- The ability to schedule a visa interview for the US as soon as possible.
The US and Canada, are transitional members of the economic agreement, and for that reason, you will most likely be required to apply for a business visa or any similar visa, if you plan to conduct business in those countries.
